Multi Comfort Student Contest merupakan kompetisi internasional berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Program Multi Comfort Saint-Gobain sejak tahun 2004. Pada edisi internasional ke-16 dari Multi Comfort Student Contest, proyek yang diminta adalah untuk mendesain Taman Pembangunan Berkelanjutan dengan menggabungkan fungsi hunian\/tempat tinggal, pendidikan, dan rekreasi di Saint-Denis, Paris. Tantangannya adalah mengubah zona paska industrial Coignet Enterprise di Saint-Denis menjadi lingkungan hidup yang hijau, edukatif, dan rekreatif, dengan tetap menghargai jejak warisan bersejarah dari tempat tersebut dan juga kebutuhan pembangunan berkelanjutan dari kehidupan modern.
