Kegiatan ini mengangkat isu-isu dalam dunia pendidikan, sesuai dengan SDG 4, yaitu Pendidikan Berkualitas. Program Paper Plan ini merupakan wadah bagi pemuda untuk mendapatkan pengalaan dengan latar belakang pendidikan agar dapat mengembangkan dirinya sekaligus memberikan dampak nyata bagi mmasyarakat. Dalam hal tersebut, melalui program ini peserta diajak untuk menyebarkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya pendidikan bagi pemuda sekaligus memperkenalkan SDG pada pemuda di Pontianak.\u00a0Program Paper Plan ini berkolaborasi bersama lima sekolah menengah atas (SMA) di Pontianak.
