Duta Bahasa Provinsi Kalimantan Barat didirikan dengan tujuan mulia untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan apresiasi terhadap bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di kalangan generasi muda. Melalui pemilihan ini, para pemuda dan pemudi dilatih untuk menjadi agen perubahan yang mampu menyebarluaskan pentingnya penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik serta mengedepankan Trigatra Bangun Bahasa yaitu Utamakan bahasa Indonesia, Lestarikan Bahasa Daerah, dan Kuasai bahasa asing.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam Pemilihan Duta Bahasa Provinsi Kalimantan Barat Tahun 2024, peserta putra yang mewakili Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tanjungpura adalah: Paturachman (B1011211012) dari Program Studi Ekonomi Pembangunan.
