Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep kepemimpinan kepada lebih banyak pemuda, menjadikan kepemimpinan lebih mudah diakses, serta memperkuat posisi AIESEC sebagai organisasi pengembang kepemimpinan. Mengusung tema &#8220;Ready to Own the Future,&#8221; program ini berlangsung selama tiga bulan dengan kurikulum yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, analisis data, serta pemahaman tentang UI\/UX dalam pemasaran digital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; font-style: normal; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Peserta berasal dari kalangan mahasiswa dan siswa SMA di Pontianak.
